Portrait of Aiden and Amelia

Two of my very best and oldest friends, Tom and Carol, were blessed with a new granddaughter this year. Little Amelia was born on big brother Aiden's Birthday, what a special Birthday gift! One of my goals for this portrait was to capture that proud big brother smile that Aiden had for his little sister. Tom surprised Carol with this portrait for Christmas. I hope they will always enjoy this very important "moment in time".

Hi Trotter, thanks for stopping by for a visit and hope next week is a little calmer for you. I'll have to "escape" to an exotic place on your site.

Hi Brenda, Aiden does have gorgeous brown eyes and such a sweet smile--thanks so much for your comment.

Paz, Glad you like the painting, and thanks for your comment also.

Hi Bill, I know the Grandmother loves it, she emailed me and said it's my best yet (she might be biased).

It is a great birthday gift. My sons were due one day apart but their birthdays are 10 days apart.
